1. When customizing a tumbler or mug, I keep getting a message that says "the image is enlarged too much. As a result, it may be blurred on final print". Will the image I've selected be blurry?

* No, we have complete control on the back end. The preview option gives you an idea of what your product will look like. If you chose one of the patterns from any of our collections/products, the pattern will come out exactly as pictured.

 

2. Can I return an item I customized?

* No customized items are eligible for return. If you are unhappy with your product, please contact customer service & we will do our best to accommodate your concerns. 

 

3. What's the return policy?

* No customized items are eligible for return (see above). All other items are eligible for return within 30 days & only if damaged.

 

4. Can I exchange an item?

* Yes, we accept exchanges. Please contact customer service to arrange your exchange.
